Fast online procedure in accordance with Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code
Welcome to our simplified withdrawal procedure. You can request the return or replacement of one or more items within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code.
Right of Withdrawal Specifications:
- Blank/Stock Products: This right applies to all blank products purchased online on this website (garment covers, cases, shopping bags, and knitting bags), provided they are unused, unstained, unworn, and kept in their original packaging.
- Customized Products: The right also applies to customized products but is only exercisable if the products do not match the counter-sample approved by the customer. Quality and printing standards are confirmed by the customer, and Idea Promo Srl is solely responsible for fulfilling the standard dictated by the sample accepted by the customer.
- Standard return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for cases of non-compliance with the accepted quality standards.
